Sex crime charges filed in district court

Several sex crimes were among the felony charges recently filed in Cleveland County District Court.

A Purcell man with prior convictions for sex crimes was charged Wednesday with molesting a 6-year-old girl.

David Michael Colby, 44, was charged in Cleveland County District Court with lewd acts with a child, after former conviction of a felony; lewd or indecent proposition to a child, after former conviction of a felony; and first degree rape by instrumentation, after former conviction of a felony.

According to sheriff's deputies, the acts of rape and sodomy occurred July 1 in Lexington. Colby is accused of reading the girl a bedtime story, then raping and molesting her, investigators said.

A Noble man, Daniel Wayne Lukinbill, was charged with three counts of lewd acts with a child. According to forensic interviewers, Lukinbill, 35, has been "looking upon the naked body of a 13-year-old girl since June 2007," and occasionally touching her inappropriately. He also offered and solicited oral sex from an 8-year-old girl, according to forensic interviewers.

Lukinbill refused to make a statement, police said. A warrant was issued for his arrest, requesting he be held on a $200,000 bond.

Katrina Lavern Hinds, also known as Katrina Lavern Black, 36, Oklahoma City, was charged with first-degree rape by force and fear, for allegedly raping a 37-year-old inmate at the Lexington Correctional Center.

Hinds, an employee at the prison, allegedly confessed to having intercourse with the inmate, according to court documents.

Other felonies filed recently include:

· John Francis Wallace, 44, Bethany, unlawful possession of marijuana;

· Hugo Morales-Fernandez, 47, also known as Hugo Rena Morales, 47, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol;

· Neal Wayne Straight, 40, Norman, grand larceny from the person;

· Daniel Paul Buckley, 29, Oklahoma City, burglary of an auto;

· Terry Lynn Simpson, 56, Newalla, malicious destruction of railroad equipment;

· Blake Wesley Proctor, 19, Norman, burglary of an auto;

·?Brett Allen Green, 32, domestic abuse causing great bodily injury;

· Carl Wayne Daniels, 44, Oklahoma City, violation of a protective order.
