Noble Public Schools enrollment July 29

NOBLE — Noble Public Schools will conduct enrollment for students new to the district 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 29 at the administration offices, 111 S. 4th St. in Noble.
The schools in Noble serve the following grade levels:
• Katherine I. Daily Elementary — Pre-K-1
• John K. Hubbard Elementary — 2-3
• Pioneer Intermediate School — 4-5
• Noble Middle School — 6-8
• Noble High School — 9-12
Representatives from each school will be present at enrollment July 29.
In order to complete enrollment, parents must provide the following items:
• Birth certificate (student)
• Social Security card (student)
• Current, complete immunization record (student)
• One proof of residence; acceptable documents are current utility bills (i.e. OG&E, ONG), mortgage statements, lease agreements, drivers’ licenses, or other bills or statements with the current street address.
• Current court documentation (signed by a judge) denoting custody for students not living with both parents listed on the birth certificate.
• Copies of special education records, especially IEPs, if student has been identified as special education.
At the time of enrollment, parents and students will be required to fill out an enrollment form on each child including present health information and emergency contacts. Free and reduced lunch applications will be available. Transportation personnel will also be available to provide busing information.
