Little Axe Community Center to host Caring Van for immunizations

— The Little Axe Community Center at 1000 168th Ave. NE, just south of SH 9, will host the Caring Van from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday for free immunizations on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Caring Van is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma.
Immunization authorization forms are available at the center from 2 to 4 p.m. except for the weekend. Parents are encouraged to pick these forms up and have them completed prior to the clinic on Monday and also bring the current immunization card for each child.
