Clock tower dedication planned

— A celebration is being planned at 11:30 a.m. Aug. 29 to dedicate the latest Legacy Trail Plaza and Clock Tower.
The clock tower is at the corner of Jones Avenue and Main Street at the railroad tracks. The plaza commemorates significant contributions made by Norman's early banks, with the tower featuring the retrofitted and refurbished old First National Bank clock.
Afterward, those attending the celebration can catch the CART trolley to the new University of Oklahoma College of Architecture downtown campus at Main Street and Lahoma Avenue in the old Hobby Lobby building for an introduction cookout and open house.
