Frankie Ryan Glover, 25, was charged Thursday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; and attempting to elude while endangering others.

A Norman man was arrested by Moore police early Thursday, after a chase south on Interstate 35.

Frankie Ryan Glover, 25, was charged Thursday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; and attempting to elude while endangering others.

A Moore police officer reported seeing a white Jeep at I-35 and Shields Boulevard, traveling over the speed limit just after 2 a.m. When the patrol officer tried to pull over the vehicle, the driver allegedly ignored the officer's lights, and traveled west on Tecumseh Road and south on 36th Avenue at speeds over 90 mph, before pulling into an apartment complex parking lot, parking and running through the complex. Glover was arrested by police and reportedly refused to be tested for blood alcohol content.

Other felonies filed Thursday include:

· Pedro Garcia, 32, Oklahoma City, three counts of lewd acts with a child;

· Lorreine Eva Spradlin, 18, Norman, false declaration of ownership in a pawn;

· Tracie Lanette Ernst, 37, Norman, false declaration of ownership in a pawn;

· Ronald Lee Baker, 18, Norman, false declaration of ownership in a pawn;

· Jeffrey Thomas B. Wagoner, 38, Oklahoma City, uttering a forged instrument;

· Shaunte Elise Carl, 31, Oklahoma City, uttering a forged instrument;

· Jason Dale Pyle, 23, Oklahoma City, three counts of uttering a forged instrument;

· Jeremy Alix Criss, 24, larceny from a house;

· Angel Megan Geimausaddle, 19, Moore, second-degree burglary;

· Brandon Craig Bentley, 21, Norman, unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute;

· Tyrone Lee Carr, 35, Oklahoma City, second-degree burglary;
