A Texas man is being held at the Cleveland County Detention Center accused of raping a girl on two separate occasions, according to court records.

Court records show Wayne Haudley Barclay, 65, of Kosse, Texas, was charged Tuesday in Cleveland County District Court with two counts of first-degree rape by instrumentation. He was booked into the county jail Saturday on a $50,000 bond.

According to a probable cause affidavit, a 14-year-old girl reported to a school counselor on Oct. 2 that she had been molested by Barclay. The girl told authorities that Barclay touched her inappropriately once when she was 6 years old, and another time when she was either 8 or 9 years old at a residence in Norman. The girl also reported a third incident that happened at a residence in Kosse, Texas, when she was 11 years old.

The affidavit stated, a controlled phone call took place Friday between the girl and Barclay. He told the girl not to speak about the incidents. On Saturday, Barclay showed up at the girl's home and caused a disturbance. Police were called to the residence.

"Barclay voluntarily came to the police department to be interviewed in regards to the allegations," the affidavit read.

According to the affidavit, Barclay admitted to touching the girl inappropriately at least two times.

Court records indicate no court date has been set for Barclay.
