Man charged in alleged rape, kidnapping

— An Oklahoma City man was charged Tuesday with first-degree rape by force and fear and kidnapping, in connection with the Nov. 5 rape of a woman in Moore.
The felony charges were filed against William Michael Belanger, 20, in Cleveland County District Court.
According to Moore police, the defendant and victim had agreed to meet, but once they were together, the defendant produced a knife and handgun and told the victim she would be killed if she did not comply with his orders.
Police said the defendant took the victim to a secluded area and raped her over a two-hour period.
Also Tuesday, Mongu Nsa, 20, Edmond, was charged with five counts of indecent exposure.
According to University of Oklahoma police, two victims said the defendant exposed himself to them Sept. 13 while they all were working out in the fitness room of apartments in the 2000 block of Asp Avenue. One of the victims was able to take a photograph of the defendant.
The defendant also is accused of exposing himself to two other victims Oct. 22 and Oct. 25, while they were outside their apartments.
He also is accused of exposing himself to another woman on the west side of the apartments' pool area.
Police said Nsa was identified after these and numerous other incidents of indecent exposure in the area between March and October.
Other felonies filed Tuesday include:
· Mark Thomas Foster, 40, Choctaw, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous drug;
· James William Huckleby, 29, Noble, obtaining money or merchandise by false pretenses;
· Juan Luis Medina, 38, Oklahoma City, first-degree burglary;
· Regeana Carol Berry, 19, Moore, obtaining money or merchandise by false pretenses;
· James Clayton Jones, 46, Newalla, knowingly concealing stolen property.
