Published November 21, 2008 01:40 pm - A contractor doing non-electrical utility work on Rock Creek Road between 12th Avenue NE and Porter Avenue knocked down an OG&E power pole and disrupted service to several neighborhoods Thursday afternoon. OG&E spokesman Sandra Longcrier said service was cut about 3:30 p.m. Between 1,200 and 1,300 customers were affected by the outage.
