NORMAN — Abigail Barwick-Snell of Norman married Andrew Klumpenhouwer of Ontario, Canada, on May 31 in an outdoor ceremony performed by Pastor Trent Langrehr of Norman.
Barwick-Snell, a 2009 graduate of Norman High School, graduated this spring from Vanguard College in Edmonton, Alberta. She is the daughter of Katie and Dan Barwick-Snell of Norman.
Klumpenhouwer also graduated from Vanguard and has a bachelor’s from the University of Guelph in Ontario. He is the son of Joy and the late Theo Klumpenhouwer of Listowel, Ontario, Canada.
The bride wore a white dress of embroidered organza and lace designed and sewn by Melinda Robinson of Springfield, Mo. The vows were exchanged at Norman artist Pamela Lenck Bradford’s studio in far east Norman.
The bride’s ring was designed and created by Norman artist Elyse Bogart, who is one of her godmothers. The groom’s ring was his late father’s.
The bride’s attendants included maid of honor Jacki Perrin of Norman, Nova Nygren of Edmonton, LeeAnna Cummins of Owen Sound, Ontario, Jayme Peavler of Norman, Abby Leonard of Chickasha, and Jessica Cory Fuchs of Norman.

The groom was attended by best man Samuel Klumpenhouwer of Toronto, Timothy Klumpenhouwer of Listowel, David Klumpenhouwer of Kitchener, Joshua Klumpenhouwer of Kitchener, John Shin of Barrie, Ontario, and James Barwick-Snell of Louisiana.
After a honeymoon in Aruba, the couple will make their home in Hamilton, Ontario.
