Prices tie the knot

The Norman Transcript

NORMAN — Laura Prosser and Nathan Price, both of Tulsa, exchanged wedding vows on Oct. 11, 2013, in the backyard of the bride’s mother. The Rev. Matthew Price, brother of the groom, of Ft. Langley, British Columbia, Canada, officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Jonathan Prosser, of Tulsa, and Susan Prosser, of Tulsa.

The groom is the son of Brad and Suzie Price, of Norman.

The bride wore a silk chiffon, floor-length dress with a sweetheart neckline and a draped bodice. The gown also featured ruching on the sides and a delicately pleated and shirred waist.

She carried a bouquet of chamelaucium, also known as waxflower. The bouquet was made by a friend of the bride

Bridesmaids were Hannah Smith, of California; Jessica Upson, of Norman; Christine Bizzell, of Virginia; Kayla Upson, of Tulsa; Amy Hampton, of Norman; and Erin Strange, of Austin, Texas.

Groomsmen were Mark Richardson, of Seattle; Kevin Pastor, of New York; Chad Copelin, of Norman; Ben Prosser, of Tulsa; Ben Kilgore, of Phoenix; Ben King, of Norman; Jarod Evans, of Norman; Wink Burcham, of Tulsa; Ryan Lindsey, of Norman; Eric Arndt, of California; Costa Stasinopolis, of Tulsa; and Brett Thompson, of Norman.

A reception took place at The Wieman Building in Tulsa.

The bride graduated from Memorial High School in Tulsa in 2004. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in December 2008 with a degree in English writing. She is employed at Lucky’s Restaurant in Tulsa and is a graduate studies student in counseling at OSU/Tulsa.

The groom is a 2000 graduate of Norman North High School. He is a professional musician and artist.

Following a honeymoon trip to Tulum, Mexico, the couple resides in Tulsa.
