NORMAN — Helen White Freeman, 89, of Norman, passed away Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014. She was born Jan. 13, 1925, in Cleburne, Texas, to Temple M. and Bennie Mae (Harris) White.
Helen was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was always kind and sweet to everyone she came in contact with. Helen will be missed deeply.
She was preceded in death by her parents, T.M. and Bennie Mae White; her husband, Lloyd J. Freeman; and her sisters, Wynell Bavaret and Bobbie Cantrell.
Helen is survived by her son, Roger Freeman and wife Cindy; her daughter, Becky Burton and husband Paul; and her grandchildren Turner Freeman, Casey Freeman and wife Morgin and Christopher Burton.
Visitation for Helen will be from noon to 8 p.m. today, with family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at Havenbrook Funeral Home.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at University Christian Church, 616 Bud Wilkinson Drive in Norman, with interment following at Norman IOOF Cemetery in Norman.

Arrangements for Helen and her family were placed in the care of the Vice family at Havenbrook Funeral Home in Norman.
