NORMAN — Willeva Greenlee, 82, beloved wife of Bob Greenlee, passed away Dec. 21, 2013, in Norman. Willeva was born March 19, 1931, in Tribbey, to Andrew Jackson Bailey and Grace Deamore. Willeva married Bob on Jan. 11, 1949, in Bakersfield, Calif.

Willeva and Bob lived in California for several years and moved to Oklahoma in 2000. After moving here, she and Bob became members of Crosspointe Church. Willeva was a person of many talents. She was an entrepreneur, owning a beauty shop and dress shop. Willeva was a certified paralegal and attended law school but was unable to finish due to the illness of her father. She was a private investigator and volunteered to help children and battered women.

She had a green thumb in gardening and was president of Boron Garden Club. She enjoyed riding with her husband in their 1929 Plymouth Roadster. Willeva’s greatest pleasure was being a private airplane pilot and traveling to Las Vegas, Mexico, Bakersfield, Calif. and Death Valley, Calif., just to name a few.

Willeva was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Bob Greenlee, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and a big family of friends.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Crosspointe Church, Highway 9 and SE 24th Ave. in Norman, with interment following at Sunset Memorial Park.
