She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles M. Terry; father, Richard M. McCool; mother, Betty Fulton McCool; sisters Elizabeth McCool Corrigan and Anne McCool Cobean; brother, Richard M. McCool Jr.; nephew, Richard McCool III; and daughter, Jean Terry Green.

Frances is survived by her daughter, Carol Terry Loomis and husband Daniel of El Dorado, Ark.; son, Thomas Terry and wife Lynn Bunnell of Chicago; son, John Terry and wife Linda Logan of Norman; grandchildren Rebecca (Beka) Terry Wyatt, David Price Terry, Tirzah Terry Rowland, Patrick Sean Loomis, Brian Terry Loomis, Aubrey Logan Terry, Vernon Charles Green and Braden Keith Green; great-grandchildren Wesley Johnson, Caleb Johnson, Carissa Johnson, Nathaniel Johnson and Anna Wyatt, Casey Loomis, Kathryn Loomis, Derek Loomis and Kameron Loomis, Katelyn Loomis, Taylor Loomis, Sarah Rowland and Emily Rowland; nieces and nephews Bets Corrigan Strohl, Jack Corrigan, Barbara Corrigan Musante, Thomas Corrigan, Carolyn McCool, John McCool, Linda Terry Thornton, Barbara Terry Noblin, Steve Terry, Debbie Terry Sims, Diane Terry Ardis, Liz Terry and Tiffany and Jim Terry.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Haiti Education Foundation, P.O. Box 10775, El Dorado AR 71730; or Smile Train, P.O. Box 96231, Washington, D.C. 20090-6231.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to friends and family who shared their time and love with Fran and to the staff of Rambling Oaks Assisted Living for the extraordinary care and affection they provided her during her final months. Fran will be missed but not forgotten.
