NORMAN — Graveside services for Frances Edna Feuerborn, 91, of Norman will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery in Lexington. Serving as pallbearers will be Jim Smith, Leonard Smith, JD Smith, Don Stamps, Brandon McCoy and Robert Ross. Mrs. Feuerborn passed away Friday, Oct. 18, 2013 in Harrah.

Frances was born May 27, 1922, in Little Axe to George William and Minnie Pearl (Tatum) Lewis. She grew up on a farm in Little Axe and went to school in Lone Star. Frances worked for Griffin Memorial Hospital for 34 years. She liked to plant flowers and was especially fond of periwinkles. She enjoyed traveling and country music. To her delight, on a trip to Nashville, TN Frances and her daughter Shirley took in a show at the Grand Ole Opry.

Preceding her in death were her mother and father; husband, Leonard Feuerborn; sisters, Lois Burrage and Gladys Cable; brothers, Robert, Howard, and Woodrow Lewis.

Frances is survived by brothers Junior (Gorge W.) Lewis of Salinas, CA, Clifford Lewis of Purcell; children, Pearl Dean Johnson of Norman, Shirley Smith of Norman, Jim Smith of Harrah; grandchildren, Leonard, Jimmy Don (JD), Karla; great-grandchildren Tenea, Talia, Brandon, Austin, Jennifer, Amber and Jaydee Lynn.
