NORMAN — Virginia “Ginny” L. Raley, 89, longtime resident of Norman, passed away Friday, April 18, 2014, in Sand Springs. She was born Oct. 13, 1924, in Gering, Neb., to James Wesley and Sarah Dorothy (Wood) Ponder.
Ginny is survived by her daughter, Patricia Sue Gallup and husband Timothy of Tulsa; granddaughter Jennifer Gallup; and grandson Nathan Gallup.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Col. Theodore Raley; daughter Karen Raley; and son Cary Raley.
