Marjorie Jeanette Helm Lindley

NORMAN —

She is survived by her husband, Billy Ray Lindley of the home; Betty Ann Lindley of Plano, Texas; Joyce Lindley of El Paso, Texas; and Gladys Helm of Waubun, Minn. Also, her children, Carol Lindley of Norman, and Bill and wife Pat Lindley of Edmond; grandchildren, Brian and wife Tiffany Lindley of Oklahoma City, and Melissa and husband Clark Roberts of Branson, Mo.; great-grandchildren, Lily Kate and Aidan James Lindley and grand-dog, Savannah II.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Jeanette and Rufus Helm, and family members JMac and Louise Helm, Bud and Fran Helm, Virginia and Col. Dan B. Orr, and Rufus Helm.

Many thanks and prayers go out to all the in-home caregivers that helped mom throughout the last many months that mom needed help. A special thanks goes out to Life Care Hospice and health care givers Jackie Martinez, Leslye Rodriguez, Alisha Tasetano and Janese Williams. Most of all we want to thank Dr. Stephen Lindsey and Dr. Mark Moses for being the most amazing, gentle, compassionate, and caring physicians you could ever have.

Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at Havenbrook Funeral Home, 3401 Havenbrook St., Norman.

Visitation will also be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at Morrison Funeral Home in Graham, Texas. Graveside services and interment will be at 9:30 a.m. in Newcastle, Texas on Thursday and a celebration of life will take place at 11 a.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Graham, Texas.

In memory of Marjorie, please make a donation to your favorite charity. Arrangements for Marjorie and her family were placed in the care of the Vice family at the Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman. On line condolences may be shared at havenbrookfuneralhome.com.
