NORMAN — Michael Kevin Palmer, 54, of Noble, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013. Michael was born on Aug. 13, 1959, in Hammond, Ind., to Leon and Anna Palmer.
Michael had a passion for automobiles. He loved sci-fi and he enjoyed building model spaceships. Michael also enjoyed collecting guns, being on the computer and watching TV, especially “Duck Dynasty.”
Michael was preceded in death by his father, L.J. Craft; mother, Anna Ricondo; and brother, Charles Palmer.
Michael leaves behind his wife, Peggy of 34 years; son, Eric Palmer; daughters Kristie Duren and husband Billy, Deborah Palmer and Jennifer Palmer; son, Timothy Palmer; 12 grandchildren; brother, Don Craft and wife Donia; and sisters Debrah Mears, Anna Craft and Lisa Burgess.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Rose Rock United Pentecostal Church, 4800 E. Etowah Road in Noble. Interment will follow at Noble IOOF Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel.
