Susie M. Berwick

NORMAN — Susie M. Berwick, 71, of Norman, passed away Aug. 30, 2013. Susie was born in Houston on Oct. 20, 1941, to Woodrow and Margie (Meachum) Moore.

She was a long time member of Goodrich Memorial United Methodist Church. Susie worked for the State of Oklahoma as a substance abuse counselor until her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Mark Berwick.

Susie is survived by her son, Sean Berwick and wife Wynne of Grovetown, Ga.; grandchildren, Caitlyn Berwick of Richmond, Va. and Jennifer Johnson of Grovetown, Ga.; great-grandchild, Teon Herrington of Grovetown, Ga.; sisters, Starla Drexler and husband Craig of Las Vegas, and Sandy Ferrell and husband John of Hobbs, N.M.; brother, Jim Moore and wife Peggy of Atlanta; and many nieces, nephews and other family members.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, at Goodrich Memorial United Methodist Church in Norman.
