His family moved to California in 1966, where he grew up and graduated from Loara High School in Anaheim. In his youth, he was a volunteer police explorer. Their love and caring for each other was paramount until the last day of his life. Also, of primary importance in their marriage was Karen’s daughter, Ashlee Marie. At the time of his death, Brad was the CEO of his own company, Loss Prevention Associates.

Brad was respected and loved by his family and friends. He was known for his good humor, being able to “dish it out” and “take it” as well. He was known for his generosity and kindness. He put family above everyone else and took every opportunity to be helpful and caring.
