Norma Jeanne Holdaway

NORMAN — Memorial services for Norma Jeanne Holdaway, of Oklahoma City, will be 2 p.m. Friday in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Father Mark E. Mason will officiate.

Interment will be in the El Reno Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Holdaway passed away Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013, in the Integris Hospice House in Oklahoma City. She was born April 15, 1940, in Pauls Valley.

Norma Jeanne Royeton married Fred Holdaway on Jan. 13, 1961, in Chandler. Norma was a longtime Oklahoma City area resident. She was a retired data entry clerk for the University of Oklahoma Foundation. Mrs. Holdaway was a member of Our Lady’s Cathedral Church in Oklahoma City.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry & Helen (Mann) Gray; and a sister, Shirley Royeton.

Survivors include her husband, Fred Holdaway of the home; two sons, Fred Holdaway Jr. and wife Jacque of Choctaw and Michael Holdaway and wife Carol of Yukon; two daughters, Sharon Minor and husband Rick and Susan Lewis and husband Jeff, all of Norman, OK; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Eddie Gray and wife Judy of Henderson, Nev.; two sisters, Mary Peden and husband Bill of Pahrump, Nev., and  Patricia Holden and husband Eddie of Bakersfield, Calif.; numerous other relatives and many dear friends.
