NORMAN — Debra Randall, 57, of Philadelphia, passed away surrounded by family in Los Angeles on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013. Debra was born June 15, 1955, to Glenn Randall and Imogene (Tullius) Randall in Moberly, Mo.

Services will be Monday at 12 p.m. at St. Joseph’s St. Charles Borromeo Chapel in Norman, with graveside services following at the IOOF Cemetery in Noble.

Debra graduated from Sunnyside High School in Tucson, Ariz. in 1973; received her bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology and her master’s degree in Toxicology from the University of Arizona.

She became a diplomat of the American Board of Toxicology.

For about 10 years, she worked for Monsanto in St. Louis as a toxicologist and then worked for more than 20 years for Arkema, Inc. in Philadelphia as a manager of Product Safety where she recently retired for health reasons.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Georgie (Nemecek) Tullius and Sylvester Tullius of Norman; and paternal grandparents, William Randall of San Jose, Calif., and Agnes (Chedgzey) Seaman of San Diego; as well as numerous aunts and uncles.

Debra is survived by her parents of Los Angeles; two brothers, Michael and David Randall and David’s wife, Brenda, of Los Angeles; three sisters, Sherry Stephens of Fairbanks, Alaska, Donna Randall of Arlington, Va. and Kathleen Randall of Los Angeles; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Arrangements for Debra and her family were placed in the care of the Vice family at the Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman.
