NORMAN — Anna “Pauline” Ketchie (Aldrich), born Feb. 19, 1926, died Nov. 3, 2012. Harold “Lloyd” Ketchie, born Nov. 20, 1933, died May 8, 2013.
Lloyd Ketchie died from colon cancer on May 8, 2013. His wife of 39 years, Pauline, died Nov. 3, 2012.
He and Pauline were owners of Lloyd’s Sinclair, which longtime residents of Norman may remember at Main and Flood. They also owned K-C Auto Repair and North Flood Auto Parts.
Lloyd’s love of cars extended into his retirement when he restored his son’s (Bill) 1957 Chevrolet Bel-Air and completed a restoration of a 1946 Chevrolet Pick Up last year.
Pauline was an excellent seamstress and enjoyed making costume jewelry. They both enjoyed traveling and Lloyd was president emeritus of the GeorgieBoy Motorhome club.
He was also active in the Masons and was a Grand Master of the Norman Lodge. They were both members of the Faith 4 Life church.
They are survived by sons, Tim Rein and Bill Ketchie; and daughter, Deborah Potter.
A memorial service for both will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 15, 2013, at the Faith 4 Life church located at 1019 24th Ave. S.W in Norman.
