Perry M. Harmon

NORMAN — Perry M. Harmon, 84, of Noble, died Feb. 6, 2013. He was born May 12, 1928, to Joseph and Eva Harmon in Harper-Beaver County Line, Okla.

Memorial services were Feb. 12 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Norman.

Perry loved to work on cars and whatever was wrong on a car he could fix it. He was quite the mechanic.

Perry also loved to square dance with the Silver Spurs in Norman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Eva Harmon; grandson, Shane Harmon; five brothers, Slim Harmon, Harvey Harmon, Joe Harmon, Frank “Pete” Harmon and an infant brother, Herbert Lee Harmon; and two double cousins, James and Lester Harmon.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Katherina Harmon; four children, Donna Marie Goodwin and husband Fred Jr., Cynthia Ann Harmon and husband Thomas, Timothy Alan Harmon and wife Gayla Suzan and Perry Lynn Harmon and wife Tamara; nine grandchildren, Fred Goodman III and wife Misty, Johnathan Goodwin and wife Julie, Natalie Harmon, Mindy Henson and husband James, Kerry Kosek and husband Bryan, Matthew Harmon and wife Sadie and Merrick McGuire; and great-grandchildren Rhyan Pogue, Skylar Pogue, Jackson Goodwin, Kylie Henson, Kayden Henson and Kobe Kosek.

Services were under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel in Moore.
