NORMAN — A family friendly, festive atmosphere is what organizers of Cleveland County’s Farm Market hope for tonight at the fairgrounds on East Robinson Street.
The first-ever Tuesday night farm market will open with a ribbon cutting at 4 p.m. Organizers moved the market from Wednesday morning to Tuesday evening to accommodate working folks who don’t want to leave produce in their cars or workplaces during the day.
Fairgrounds manager Stephen Koranda said they are planning on having inflatables for kids, food trucks and live music tonight. There also will be some early spring produce for sale. The market opened Saturday morning, but tonight is the first Tuesday market.
