Can we take three more years?

NORMAN — Editor, The Transcript:

The only thing that the state of California has a surplus of is milk. The state of California is $34 billion in debt. Their debt, according to Gov. Brown, might drop to $4.4 billion by 2017.

Bill Logan beat me to the punch in describing our fearless, socialist president.

Anyone else tired of scandals? Eavesdropping? IRS, FBI, NSA? Benghazi — no one going to be fired, going to prison?

Fast and Furious — ATFE, nothing there. Immigration — 11 million new Americans? It’s amnesty, folks.

DADT, it went away. A pro homosexual administration, an abomination, my Bible says. DOJ PRIDE — your federal law enforcement agencies now have an approved homosexual organization, with a board of directors. Don’t use the term “husband” or “wife.” That might be offensive.

Can this country take three more years?

  • We should be offended by things that matter

Editor, The Transcript: I’m offended. Why you say? I live in the USA, in Norman — a great town. What could possibly offend me? I’ll tell you. It’s people that are offended by the most meaningless things (what to call an evergreen tree in ...
