NORMAN — The buzz over the influenza season has many residents wondering whether they should still get a shot.
The answer, from the health department and health care providers, is an emphatic yes. The shot is recommended for everyone age six months and older.
Flu shot clinics will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at the Cleveland County Health Department, 250 12th Ave. NE, and the Moore Health Department, 424 S. Eastern Ave.
Residents with health insurance or who have incomes at 185 percent of the poverty level will be charged $25 for the shot.
