Norman high schools make Washington Post’s 2014 Top High Schools list

NORMAN — The Washington Post’s 2014 Most Challenging High Schools list has been announced and identified both Norman High and Norman North as top schools.

The list includes the top 1,000 high schools in the country from a field of approximately 24,000 American high schools.

Norman High was ranked No. 7 in the state and Norman North was ranked No. 10. The list includes open enrollment high schools like Norman High and Norman North, as well as high schools whose enrollment is application or competitively based, such as the Classen School of Advanced Studies (Oklahoma City) and Booker T. Washington High School (Tulsa).
