OKLAHOMA CITY —

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Four people, including an infant, were found slain inside a southeast Oklahoma City home, and a 40-year-old man was arrested in connection with the killings, police said Thursday.

Daniel Green, 40, was arrested on four counts of first-degree murder and remained in the Oklahoma County jail without bond.

Police received a call around 11 p.m. Wednesday about a possible dead body at a residence, Oklahoma City Police Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow said.

“When we got there, we found those four victims inside,” Wardlow said. “We aren’t releasing the cause of death ... but they did have trauma on their bodies consistent with homicide.”

The victims were identified as 57-year-old Sallie Green, 34-year-old Rebecca Cizek, and 16-year-old Katherine Cizek. The infant’s name wasn’t released pending the notification of his father, Wardlow said. All of the victims lived at the house with Daniel Green, but Wardlow did not disclose the nature of his relationship to the victims.

Green was not at the home when officers arrived, and a vehicle was missing from the residence, Wardlow said. After releasing his description to area convenience store clerks, Wardlow said a clerk called police, who arrested Green without incident.

He was interviewed by police and then jailed on four counts of first-degree murder, Wardlow said.

It wasn’t immediately clear if Green has an attorney.

She did not discuss any evidence police may have recovered or a possible motive for the killings.

“It’s still under investigation what the motive was and what led up to this,” Wardlow said.

Police finished processing the scene and are not searching for any other suspects, she said.

“For the most part, I think it’s probably an open-and-shut case. They think this is the guy that did it. They have him in custody,” Wardlow said. “Obviously it’s still an active investigation.”
