Police, FBI searching for Moore bank robber

MOORE —

FBI agents and Moore police are looking for the man who robbed the IBC Bank in Moore Saturday afternoon.

FBI officials said the man entered the bank at 513 NE 12th Street at about 12:35 p.m. He was wearing a mask depicting an older white male and gave the teller a note demanding money.

Officials said the note indicted the robber had a gun although no gun was seen. The teller complied with the robber’s demand and provided him with cash that was placed in a white plastic bag.

No injuries were reported. Surveillance photos and witness descriptions depict the robber as approximately five-foot eight inches in height weighing about 165 pounds. He was wearing wearing a brown blazer, light colored pants, dark shirt, dark sunglasses, dark shoes, black gloves, and the mask.

The same individual is be believed to have robbed the IBC Branch located at 2301 N. Portland Avenue in Oklahoma City on Feb. 26. 

The robbery is being investigated by the FBI and the Moore Police Department.
