NORMAN — Norman police, with assistance from the U.S. Marshall’s Fugitive Task Force, arrested two additional men Wednesday in the March 27 homicide of Justin Dean Barnard.
Officers took the two into custody under the authority of arrest warrants for the alleged crimes of burglary in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, murder in the first degree and conspiracy. The arrests occurred in Oklahoma County at approximately 4 p.m.
The two men are identified as Gary M. Harris, 29, and Montie Ray Jones, 45. Officers booked both men into the Cleveland County jail around 10 p.m. Harris listed an address in Norman, while Jones provided an address in Jones.
The investigation remains active, and detectives anticipate additional arrests in the case.
