NASH, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says two men were killed in a head-on collision in northern Oklahoma.
The highway patrol says the crash happened late Sunday on State Highway 132 in Grant County. A preliminary report says 28-year-old Coby Schneider of Nash lost control of his pickup truck and crashed into an oncoming tractor-trailer.
Schneider was pronounced dead at the scene, as was a passenger in his truck, 25-year-old Casey Schneider of Enid.
The driver of the tractor-trailer was taken to a hospital in Wichita, Kan. The highway patrol says the semi driver is in serious condition with injuries to his head, arms, legs and trunk.
All three men were ejected from their vehicles after the collision. The highway patrol says no one was wearing a seat belt.
