Our Loving Father earnestly desires to have a relationship with us rooted in the context of Yada. God wants to know us and to be known by us. Intimately, deeply and transparently — with a mingling of our soul with His.
If you recall last week’s talk, we are told to “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind and all your strength … and love your neighbor as yourself.” It is only in the context of God’s love that we truly grasp the significance of how we ourselves have been loved. And our experience of Yada with God enables us to love those around us in meaningful ways.
