NORMAN — ULCSC men’s breakfast, potluck Saturday

The men of University Lutheran Church and Student Center will meet for breakfast and Bible study at 8 a.m. on Saturday.

A potluck meal at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday will honor the newest members of ULCSC who will be received into membership on Sunday.

Donations of canned and dried foods and winter clothing continue to be collected for the Food for Friends’ pantry.

ULCSC members who donated to support youth attending the National Youth Gathering will be treated to a thank you dinner at 6 p.m. on Sunday followed by a program highlighting events at the gathering.

Lunch to feature Keith Humphrey

First Baptist Church’s Mannafest Lunch will meet at noon on Wednesday at Common Ground, 324 W. Main St.

Norman Police Chief Keith Humphrey will be the guest speaker.

Church to honor national cemetery Sunday

St. Joseph’s Catholic Church will observe the national Catholic Cemetery Sunday to honor those who have gone before us from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday.  

Church members are encouraged to visit St. Joseph’s Catholic cemetery, where the Rev. Edward Menasco will lead a 3 p.m. prayer service.

St. Michael’s continues renovation to church

Sunday, all regular services of St. Michael’s Episcopal Church will gather at 10 a.m. to worship at Havenbrook Funeral Home, 3401 Havenbrook St.  

There will be no Christian Formation Classes or midweek services while the sanctuary continues to be renovated.
