NORMAN — Fine art by local artists will be offered at the Valentine Art Market.
The market will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the West Wind Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 1309 W. Boyd St.
The event will feature jewelry, wearable art, prints and paintings, fused glass art, ceramics, knitted items, sculpture, paper art, books and more.
A massage by donation will be offered by GR8 Massage Spa.
Local artists include multi-media artists Sharon Farris and award-winning author Susan Cogan.
“The market is a wonderful opportunity to find unique handmade gifts for that special someone and support local arts,” said Ed Kearns, event coordinator.
Guests are asked to bring donations of canisters of Kool-Aid, microwave popcorn or individually wrapped snacks for Bethesda Inc., a Norman nonprofit agency that has provided treatment and healing to sexually abused children for more than 30 years.
For information, call Kearns at 443-9627 or email WestWindUUC@gmail.org.
