Eisenhower
Monday:Performance of Ballet Flamenco Espanol, 1:45 p.m.

The Walk for Diabetes will kick off at Eisenhower Monday.
Pandora Tadefa-Everett, artistic director for Ballet Flamenco Espanol, will be?Eisenhower's?artist-in-residence during?physical education classes Tuesday through Friday.
The kindergarteners built leprechaun traps to try to catch that pesky green fellow. Clues to his whereabouts were given, so ask kindergarten friends to share the outcome.
Second-graders are beginning their unit on dinosaurs. They will learn about carnivores, herbivores and extinction.Mrs. Miller,Eisenhower's librarian, will introduce students to SIRS Discoverer database to research information.
March student council members are Sydney Melton, Tanis Rondeau, Marissa Mortensen, Abby Frakes, Bailey Smith, Alyssa Caribardi, Lauren Brandon, Caeden Hatcher, Jessica Guerrero, Brad Swain, Michelle Durham, Amanda Melton, Madison Hawley, Aaron Gonzalez, Ashton Howard, Kayla Nelson, Harrison Welch, Levi Fredrickson and Brayden Sefcovic.
Norman High School
Norman High earned the OSSAA Speech and Debate Regional Championship crown at Moore High School March 14-16. NHS was able to maintain its winning season momentum, despite the postponement of the tournament from March 7-8 due to inclement weather.
Many NHS students had to change family trip plans and other Spring Break arrangements to attend the rescheduled tournament, and willingly made many personal sacrifices to do so.
NHS will participate in the state contest April 11-13 at the University of Oklahoma.

Kennedy
Kennedy had a successful second Hat Day. Kennedy's Relay for Life team raised $150 for The American Cancer Society.
First and second-graders were presented with academic achievement and other awards at a recent assembly. They were Daniel Montelongo, Tiera Miller-Roe, Chandler Freeman, John Herrera, Cameron Green, Evan Weese, Britney Powell and Portia Kotka. Classroom awards were given to Brendan Wynn, Katherine McPherson and Ryan Apostolo. The Principal's Awards were given to T.C. Paizis and Cortnie Handy.

Lincoln
Tuesday, players and coaches from the OU men's basketball team will be at Lincoln to read to students in third, fourth and fifth grades.
The chess club will meet at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday in the library.
Tweny-one students in grades one through five participated in the Lincoln Elementary Invention Fair. Judges were Helen Powers, Jacob Powers, Sunny Wilson, Bekah Gore, Mike Whitmore, Terri Paden, Matt Layman and Calli Whitehill. Here are the results:

Cleveland
The third annual Cleveland family dance will be 7-9 p.m. April 4 in the school gym.
Tickets go on sale Monday.?Order forms can be found on the Cleveland Web page and will be in this week's Thursday folders.?Tickets are $15 per family.Tickets will cost $20 at the door if not purchased by 10 a.m. April.?Crazy "Enchanted" DJ Lisa from Dallas and music teacher Regina "Tinker" Bell will be the court jesters for the event.?The theme was picked by this year's 5th grade class.?This is a dress-up event.???
Disney characters, villains, kings, queen, prince and princess outfits will all be welcomed.?Nice clothes will be accepted for those not in a fairy tale mood.
