Fifth-grade girls Geneva Hill, Averi Campbell and Olivia Rambo presented a Garage Band workshop to the Monroe fourth-grade gifted students. The girls?demonstrated projects they had created, and taught the Monroe students and their teacher?how to?use?the program.
Geneva Hill presented her audiobook project "The Adventures of Squeakers and Boots" at the NPS Foundation Awards event May 8. This is a project she created with the Garage Band software Lincoln received from a grant provided by the NPS Foundation.

Veritas is seeking qualified applicants for pre-k, grammar school (Kindergarten through fifth grade) and upper school (sixth through ninth) teaching positions for the 2008-2009 school year. All positions are part-time, but compensation is competitive. June 6 is the first night for the Veritas Mothers' summer reading group. Anyone who has not signed up but wishes to attend should contact Catherine Brown.?Also in June will be the resale of books and uniforms.?The date will be posted on the Web site when finalized.?Parents' day will be July 27.
