Ioannis Papapetrou scored 15 points to lead Texas (10-13, 2-8).

Saturday marked the end of the 23-game NCAA suspension for Texas guard Myck Kabongo, who is expected to play the rest of the season.

Baylor 75, Texas Tech 48: Cory Jefferson scored six of his 15 points in Baylor’s big game-turning run and grabbed 10 rebounds as the Bears snapped a three-game losing streak with a victory over Texas Tech on Saturday.

Pierre Jackson scored 15 points, while Isaiah Austin also had a double-double (13 points, 13 rebounds), for the Bears (15-8, 6-4 Big 12), who avoided their first four-game losing streak in four years.

Jamal Williams’ eight points were the most for Texas Tech (9-12, 2-8), which has lost four in a row.
