The Tigers could get a boost if running back Darius Manning is able to return to the lineup. Manning, who formed one-half of a fearsome running back duo at the beginning of the season, has missed the last several weeks with an injury. But the back will revisit the doctor’s office before kickoff and could be cleared to play.
He would join Dupree Young, who after struggling to hold onto the ball last week and left the game in the second half, refocused his efforts in practice. Nation said the coaches still trust Young with the ball and will have him in the backfield come kickoff.
