NORMAN — Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt has charged a Norman contractor with six counts of embezzlement related to home and business renovations — including three homes that were damaged or destroyed by the May 20, 2013, Moore tornado.
Pruitt said he filed charges Tuesday against A Better Choice Construction Inc. owner Glenn Allen McCoy.
Online court records do not list an attorney for McCoy.
The charges allege that McCoy accepted payment from for renovation work that was never completed.
