BENTONVILLE, Ark. — The Razorbacks are moving up in the rankings — in collegiate merchandise sold by Arkansas-based Wal-Mart.

The world’s largest retailer says Arkansas ranks No. 2 this year in the amount of NCAA licensed team memorabilia sold by Wal-Mart. Last year, the Razorbacks ranked fourth.

Wal-Mart says Alabama holds on to the top spot, with Ohio State, Oklahoma and Nebraska rounding out the top five. The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reports that Wal-Mart offers team merchandise for more than 150 colleges in 1,350 stores nationwide.

Workers say the most popular item this year is a green T-shirt with the phrase, “How ‘Bout Them Hogs, Jack?” It’s a play on a quote from the show Duck Dynasty, and Wal-Mart says the shirt is sold out at every Wal-Mart in northwest Arkansas.
