Engagement and wedding announcement forms


Fill out engagement and wedding announcement forms completely and neatly (typed, printed or e-mailed) and include a daytime telephone number in case the editor has questions. Please do not use initials or acronymns — spell out all words including degrees and organizations.



Photos of the bride, bridegroom or couple may be used for engagement announcements and wedding announcements. If sent digitally, they should be saved in .jpg format and be at least 200 DPI.



Deadline for publication is noon the preceding Tuesday, as all wedding and engagement announcements are published in Sunday Arts & Living. Engagement announcements must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the wedding date and wedding announcements are published no later than three months after the wedding date.



Print out form and bring to The Norman Transcript, 215 E. Comanche St., e-mail to lifestyles@normantranscript.com or mail to: The Norman Transcript, attn: bridal announcements, P.O. Drawer 1058, Norman, OK 73070. Announcements with or without photos are $45 plus $9.30 to receive five copies of the paper by mail or $17 to receive 10 copies.
