December events at library planned

NORMAN — The Noble Public Library has set its schedule of events for December.

Preschoolers and their caretakers are invited to Family Story Time today. Make-n-Take is set for Dec. 10 and Success by 6 Story Time with Christy Emig is slated for Dec. 17. All events for preschoolers are set for 10:30 a.m.

The Noble Maker Mondays group will fashion ornaments on Monday and Dec. 16 at 3 p.m. Homework helpers will continue for school-aged children on Tuesday and Thursday at 3:30 p.m.

Teens are invited to join the Teen Film Club on Dec. 11 and 18 beginning at 4:30 p.m. Registration is required for this event.

Adult Zumba continues on Thursday and Dec. 19. Registration is required. The Noble Readers Book Discussion Group is set to meet at 1 p.m. on Dec. 12, and Groundbreaking Reads: An Adult Night Out is slated for 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Studio 204: Knit Night will meet at 6 p.m. on Dec. 30.

The library will be closed Dec. 23 starting at 6 p.m. and remain closed through Dec. 25. It also will close at 6 p.m. Dec. 31 and remain closed through New Year’s Day.
