One injured after possible explosion

MOORE — Moore Fire Chief Gary Bird confirmed that one individual was transported by Eagle Med Friday morning with burn injuries.

Moore police and fire were called to Twister Distillery shortly after 11 a.m. Friday of a possible explosion. Upon arrival, according to Bird, light smoke was visible at 2322 N. Moore Ave.

Bird could not confirm that an explosion had happened at the facility.

Alvin Philipose is the sole owner of the distillery.
