Felonies filed

NORMAN — The following people were charged with felony counts in the Cleveland County Court Clerk’s Office:

· Justin Eric Tate, 25, maintaining a dwelling where controlled drugs are kept; distributing controlled dangerous substance within 2,000 feet of a park, school or miinor under 12; possession of controlled dangerous substance, acquiring proceeds from drug activity, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

· Patrick Michael Cody, 45, possession of controlled dangerous substance, public drunk or intoxication

· Marilyn Kay Bond, 54, possession of controlled dangerous substance, possession of controlled dangerous substance in county jail

· Gina Renae Wheeler, 45, possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

· Jordan Alexander Champion, 19, unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, domestic abuse assault and battery by strangulation, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

· Jason William Dixon, 29, actual physical control of a vehicle

· Zachary Allen Keffer, 24, possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia in concert with J. Kelson

· James Perry Vanderpool IV, 18, possession of controlled dangerous substance

· Josh Ryan Lively, 30, child endangerment by driving under the influence, driving under the influence of alcohol

· Fuad Majid Alexander Qubain, 19, unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

· Rodger Franklin Houchin, 49, bail jumping

· Tamara Christine Norris, 28, bail jumping

· Rachel Leigh Wofford, 23, bail jumping

· Joshua Kent Alyea, 28, bail jumping
