Felonies filed

NORMAN — The following people were charged with felony counts in the Cleveland County Court Clerk’s Office:

· Mikayla Diane Webb, 24, attempting to obtain controlled substance by forgery or fraud, pattern of criminal offenses

· Ryan Taylor Bachman, 23, maiming

· Jalen Jawan Robertson, 18, kidnapping, robbery with a weapon, use of a vehicle in the discharge of a weapon in concert and together with three unknown males

· Betty Renee Boyd, 42, possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

· Keerin Damane Jenkins, 20, attempted first-degree robbery, possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

· Nathan Wayne Gaines, 26, possession of marijuana, obstructing an officer; driving with a canceled, suspended or revoked license

· James Wesley Bechal Newsom, 23, possession of controlled dangerous substance, knowingly concealing stolen property, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia; driving with a canceled, suspended or revoked license

· Shayla Deanne Adkins, 21, taking or receiving a stolen credit or debit card, unauthorized use of a credit card

· Chad Alan Bell, 37, endangering others while eluding or attempting to elude a police officer, speeding in a posted zone, failure to maintain security, obstructing an officer; driving with a canceled, suspended or revoked license

· Adam Clark Edwards, 29, operating a whiskey still, knowingly concealing stolen property
