Crimson Cocktails set at Sanctuary

NORMAN — Mary Blankenship Pointer and Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City will host Crimson Cocktails from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 2 at the new Sanctuary Women’s Development Center, 1100 N. Porter Ave.

The number of women who have visited since May 5 is 120, with the first client already attaining stable housing and employment.

Sanctuary Women’s Development Centers provide help and create hope through homeless service programs.

Sanctuary offers transformative services to women and their children who are homeless or at risk. These unique social services work to help restore feelings of self-worth, confidence and dignity through strength-based case management.
