Commissioners sale parcel of land

NORMAN — Cleveland County commissioners approved the sale of one piece of county property Monday but failed to act on a second one.

The board sold a parcel in the Gateway Gardens Addition of Oklahoma City to Leana Salazar for $5,800. The proposed sale of a lot in Pecan Creek in eastern Cleveland County for $701 failed to get a seconding motion.

Commissioner Rod Cleveland said he wasn’t convinced the low offer went through the proper sale procedures.

In other action Monday, the board:

· Sold 10 copier/printers from the treasurer’s office.

· Approved a contact with Desirare Lee Calyer and the health department to coordinate services between NorthHaven Day School and the Early Foundations Replication project.
