NORMAN — Cleveland County commissioners on Monday sold four 1.25 acre building lots in the Pecan Creek Northeast addition in the eastern part of the county.
Purchasers paid between $1,100 to $2,000 for the parcels. County officials said the property was repossessed for taxes. State law sets out conditions for the sales.
The board approved a $39,554 bid from Oklahoma Foam for new county buildings at the District 2 Warehouse.
The board tabled bids for an HVAC monitoring system for the courthouse and contracts for road materials.
Bids were awarded to Unifirst Holdings Inc., Del Nero Communications Management LLC and Waste Management of Oklahoma.
Stephen Koranda, Wanda Daley and Brian Jenkins were appointed requesting officers on various accounts.
Commissioners also discussed a state House interim study next month that will address education requirements for county officers.
