Felonies filed

NORMAN — The following people were charged with felony counts in the Cleveland County Court Clerk’s Office:

· William Adam Seymour, 28, assault and battery on a police officer, second-degree burglary, resisting an officer, possession of burglary tools

· Jeremy Clyde Hall, 18, kidnapping, robbery with a weapon and assault and battery with intent to kill in concert with Melissa Sue Cheadle; possession of controlled dangerous substance

· Melissa Sue Cheadle, 33, kidnapping, robbery with a weapon and assault and battery with intent to kill in concert with Jeremy Clyde Hall

· Michael Raymond Fisher, 33, domestic assault and battery by strangulation

· Charles Buck Loid Bullock Jr., 22, possession of controlled dangerous substance

· Paul Tyler Anderson, 26, knowingly concealing stolen property

· Lorin Michael Marx, 34, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, transporting an open container of beer
