My Body, My Life class offered

NORMAN — The Norman Police Department is offering a free class of the program titled “My Body ... My Life ... Empowering women through awareness, education, violence prevention and self-defense techniques.”

The class will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 28 at the Norman Regional Hospital Education Facility, 901 N. Porter Ave. The class is available to the first 25 women, age 18 years or older, on a first come, first served basis.
